Sean holds a Bachelor of Management (BMgmt) and Diploma in Human Resource Mangement, Sean Kelly is working towards obtaining an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute Designation and is currently registered as a Candidate Appraiser with the Appraisal Institue of Canada (AIC). Sean is also currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Certificate of Valuation (PGCV) program at the University of British Columbia (UBC).

Since becoming a Candidate Appraiser with AIC in 2022, Sean has participated in the appraisal of numerous properties across north-eastern, northern, and north-central Saskatchewan. These appraisals include a variety of property types such as commercial, residential, and agricultural properties.

Prior to pursuing a career as an appraiser, Sean worked in the agriculture field for 28 years, mainly in the role of general management. Sean also worked for a brief period as an accounting technician. Sean was raised in the port city of Thunder Bay, Ontario and has resided in the north-eastern Saskatchewan since 2005.
